FS - Carvin SB4000 Jazz Bass, passive, mult. pick guards

Sign in to disble this ad
NOW $600 SHIPPED CONUS

The Carvin SB4000 is a GREAT BASS ... this baby delivers the goods. Comparable and even better than other J's that cost far more.
Very impressive quality - solid construction and awesome jazz tone. I love the ebony fretboard.

But alas, I am a P man.

I currently have Roto Jazz Flats on it and will send it with a set of Roto Swing Nickels as well. The bass is mint as is the OHSC.

Prefer a sale but would trade and add cash for the right P.

Thanks for lookin'!

FT--Carvin SB4000 4-String Jazz Bass, passive, mult. pick guards, high res pics

This used to be mine....it's a great bass and I tried to get it back. Very well made bass. Fit and finish are excellent. I had it strung with Black Beauties for the total 'stealth' SB4000. If I didn't just grab a Geddy I'd make another attempt to get this back......

This bass is getting around. I was the 3rd owner and traded it to Subsectorsucker.
This means nothing! The bass is (sexy) HOT! I've never heard a better "Jazz" tone from anything else. Purists will love this bass, and a great price to boot for a custom-made-in-USA bass. I didn't try it with flats but I bet it sounds amazing!
If any of you are searching for that PURE JAZZ tone and can dig HOT pickups, this bass is for you!! GLWTS mtonbass. Are you considering "other" trades besides what you have listed?

thanks.

other trades? gosh, ya never know with me!

A wide range of P's; a 12 string acoustic might catch my eye, too.
