FS: Carvin SB5000 fretless, $750 shipped

This is a terrific fretless that I've put up for sale and taken down a couple times because I really want to keep it. But now, unexpected home repairs are forcing my hand.
Alder body, bolt-on maple neck, unlined ebony board (it'd be 22 frets if it had them.) Two Carvin J99 single-coil pickups with separate volumes, tone knob that works in both active and passive mode, stacked bass/treble. Sounds killer either active or passive. The bass has 19mm string spacing and weighs 9.5 pounds.
It's in excellent condition with no nicks, dings or scratches, just light marks on the fingerboard from nickel roundwounds. I recently re-strung it with D'Addario half-rounds.
Comes with a nice hardshell case and allen wrenches.
$750 shipped to the continental U.S., Paypal or USPS money order only. No trades, I need the cash to fix plumbing and wood rot!

if I didn't already have two of these (one's fretted, tho...), I'd go for it. Seriously a FANTASTIC bass!

This is almost tempting enough to give playing w/o lines a shot!

Just got a lower-than-expected bill from my handyman, plus I've really been enjoying this bass over the last few days. Three times for sale, three times off sale -- I think I need to just keep it.
