CIJ Fender Fretless Jazz SOLD!

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD!

I will also consider a trade for a P-Bass of equal value, maple neck if possible. All offers will be considered. Thanks!

The price includes shipping and PayPal fees!

I have a Fender CIJ Fretless Jazz bass with lined rosewood fingerboard. Serial number S023946. This was bought and shipped over. It has never been used! It has been kept in my 50% humidity control music room (smoke free). It is 100% mint (perfect, un-used). The color is cream with vintage tint to the maple part of the neck. I believe it's called a 62 reissue (no pickguard). The look, tone, and craftsmanship is CIJ great.

I am interested in selling it so I can buy a fretted Fender P-Bass (maple fretboard). I can send large high resolution photos to anyone interested. I will be busy the next few days but will respond as time allows. Please send your email address to me and I'll send photos. $800

This site has the true color and specs of mine if you scroll down in the photo section. My fingerboard is a darker rosewood.

A few small photos

A few small photos. The body is vintage white which is a cream color. The flash makes it look whiter than it is. Anything that looks like a blemish is a reflection.

I do not have a scale so no way to weight it. But regarding it's neck, it's perfect, still factory set with zero issues. Nothing negative to hide about this bass at all.

Google for MIJ CIJ serial numbers and I found it was made between 2006- 2008. I think it's a 2007 or 2008.

I am not selling this bass because it has issues. I am selling it because I can use a P Bass now and I have so many basses I just never ended up needing this one or ever played it other than a brief noodle a few times. It has TI flats on it so there would be no wear on the board. Someone should be playing it! And I should be playing a P.

It will ship from UPS store in Atascadero, CA., 93422. I live on a ranch in Creston, CA which is about 11 miles from the UPS store.

These are very attractive. I think it's the simplicity. They are also well built. You know, Japanese craftsmanship. 'Do the very best you can'...... must be there motto.
