The bass is in great shape, no buckle rash. It has a J-retro Preamp cover installed by the previous owner. I don't have the OEM one anymore, but this one looks great too.

No funky smells either.

Theres a really really shallow dent that is thinner than a penny on the neck. The top of the headstock is also minimally damaged. Also there is a very very small chip from the gloss by the bottom pickup. It is VERY small but I am trying to be legitimate and describe the bass perfectly.

I'm posting from a computer lab right now because my internet is out in my apartment. I can try to get a closer view of the control plate. Unfortunately, I don't have a scale. I can try to borrow one from one of my neighbors but not sure if they have one either. Maybe I can buy one just to weigh it, I'll try to post tomorrow.

if i were to buy this off you, would you be willing to remove the neck from the body and bubble wrap them? that should bring down the price of shipping a little bit. plus i won't have to pay import taxes because the bass is under $1000AU
