Recently cleaned, and oiled fingerboards on both basses ''New sets of D'Addario rounds on both basses". Looking to trade up for a Rickenbacker 4003 plus cash on my end...maybe something with a carbon fiber neck..

That's poly finish, right? And is this one of the Japanese ones that has US pickups? (Sorry - I'm more ignorant than I should be for how much I love P basses.)
Finally, the neck profile: thin, chunky....how would you describe it?
