I'm thinning out the herd, and I haven't played this bass in a long while, so it needs a new home. This is an early Zolla bass and it used to belong to Rolle Love of the Beat Farmers. The nut width is 1 1/2" and the scale is 34". It's a semi-hollow tele(guitar)-style ash body with a birdseye maple cap, p-bass pickup, volume and tone controls, one-piece maple neck with some birdseye, and an ebony fingerboard. The fingerboard is a little weird - between the nut and the first fret on the E string side it was either shaved down or played down. It's kind of like the new Fender boards that are a little rounded on the side, only quite a bit more. It doesn't affect the playing at all, I just wanted to disclose it because I can't take a good photo of it. The finish on the birdseye body cap is worn-it could easily be refinished if you wanted to. The only other issue is the jack is crackly-I can replace it, or I'll knock off $25 from the price if the buyer wants to do it. I'm asking $525.00, which will include shipping and insurance. I accept Paypal; I also accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
