I've posted pics that I took with the new black pearl pickguard and headstock ding filled in with a close match paint as well as older pics the last owner took - those show it with the white ice pickguard. I will include that as well with the bass so you can accessorize as your mood dictates.
I did not find or notice any other dings or marks on the bass other than the headstock and neck marks pictured below.
I've had this bass since last April and have barely played it - it did get a pro setup at the time and everything checked out fine.

Tried to take a decent pic of the paint I put over the headstock ding - glare doesn't help but in non-bright light or stage conditions it's pretty much unnoticeable now.
