PRICE DROP!!! NOW $450 SHIPPED CONUS
This is a cool all black Sterling I got from another TB'er. It a great bass and I love the neck, but I can't get over the slab body (hit my forearm). This is not to be confused with cheap foreign made basses, these were the SUB basses made in the USA for only a few years in the mid 2000's. It's slightly different from the normal Sterling in that it has a slab body, matte body paint, a painted neck, and does not have the 3 way switch. It has fresh strings, a fresh set-up, active electronics with a fresh battery, and I can also include a strap and a non-original hard shell case (a plastic shell SKB type/ beat up but the inside is in good shape). The there is a sticker on the pickguard which I can remove if you like. It is not the original pickguard and I don't have the original. Feel free to ask me any questions.
$450 including shipping CONUS
I was having a hard time uploading photos so here is a photobucket link. http://s1365.photobucket.com/user/Da...Sterling%20SUB

These are killer basses! I've had a few and they sound and play as good as any Musicman out there.
GLWTS!

I like it so much that I actually thought of sculpting the body to make it more comfortable. Then I realized a few seconds later that it was not cost effective and ridiculous.

Weight?
Sent you a PM.
Thanks.

And is the painted neck a matte finish too (like satin even) or gloss? Doesn't make that big of difference, just curious.
