FS only:

I believe this is an '04 and is nice shape. Some light scratches on the back side, but not through and will not photograph. One small nick on the front, but again not through and will not show. Truss rod adjusts fine. The neck is as it should and plays wonderfully. A previous owner mounted a thumb rest. I actually like it because it warms up the tone a bit. A replacement pick guard would cover. The current one has some swirling on it. Ship w/ OHSC. $850 shipped conus. papal

So nice - good luck with it. I've been thinking of adding a thumb rest to my Sterling, because plucking just in front of the pickup sounds really good, so this sounds like a smart idea. Sterlings are great - slim neck & body but still feels solid & strong. Best of both worlds.

Thanks. I do like the tone in front of the pickup more so than over it. It is a nice bass and I'm relucutant to sell, but I own a pair of nice jazzes that get almost all of my attention.
