FS: Emerald Green Spector Euro4

SOLD!!!

Up for grabs today is a very early Spector Euro4 in the damn-near-impossible-to-find emerald green color. According to PJ, she would have left the Czech shop in late 2001 or early 2002. Solid maple wings with nice tight grain and a dead-straight neck. The initial run of Euro4s had Aguilar OBP1 pre's. I'm a big fan of the Aggie pre's since that's what's stock in my Forte. Growl for days and purty to boot.

While I'm mostly just trying to free up coin for a US build, trades could be possible for the right Spector. A Rebop 4MM is at the top of the list, as well as a fretless Euro or anything spalty (Euro or US). Includes a hard shell case, shipped on my dime CONUS for $1100.

Some notes: This is a regular Euro 4, not the thinner Wimbish profile. It is also not the later LX series with the sandwiched front/back. Those wings are solid maple all the way through! Overall, the condition is great with less wear than you'd expect form a 12 year old instrument. There are some light scratches on the back, and a couple of indentations, one behind the bridge, and the other along the back edge of the headstock. They were hard to photograph but if you want more pics, just ask. There are some small oxidation spots on the tuning keys and the plating has worn through on the bass side of the bridge. These are all small aesthetic things that don't bother me but I want to be 100% up front for potential buyers.

I'm Eric and I approve this message.

More in/around the bridge. Note the wear in the first pic.

Headstock shots. Not the little spots of oxidation on the low E tuning key. I was going to swap these out for black hardware so I never gave it much notice.

And the requisite under-the-skirt shots:

And one more, just because!

Green is definitely one of the coolest Spector colors. Great deal here.

This must be one of the first bunch to get the new polished zinc/brass alloy bridge. My Euro4 is NB0508 (less then 50 before yours) and it still has the all brass satin version.
Interesting....bump.

Sadly, no. That NS5 of yours is drool-worthy for sure but I'm a 4 string guy exclusively these days.
