This is a very beautiful bass and I was going to keep it, but I decided I'd prefer a Bongo 5 HHp instead. For those that aren't aware, this is a limited edition instrument complete with certificate of authenticity. It has a roasted maple neck with ebony fingerboard and mother of pearl inlays (with the special BFR inlay at the 12th fret).
You can really feel the sustain with the roasted maple neck and the bass just sings with the ebony fingerboard. I'll let the bass go for $1540 shipped to the CONUS. I may accept other offers if reasonable enough.
