Putting my beloved EBMM SR4HH I just got a couple of months ago up for sale. The reason for selling is so I can quickly purchase a SR5.
The bass is in perfect shape. I can find no damage whatsoever (wood is flawless), except a bit of light "scratches" on the pickguard from playing (so light I can't even get them to show up on a picture after trying a couple dozen times). It was only purchased brand new in March. The bass is setup exactly to factory specs and plays like a dream.
Also included are a set of D'Addario Chromes (flatwounds for those who don't know) and Dean Markley Blue Steel strings. I tried both with the EBMM to see how they sound with it. The strings on it now are the ones that came with it and are in excellent shape. Almost forgot, I did modify it in one way... I put a set of Dunlop strap locks on it. So you'll get a set of the strap-side pieces with the bass as well as the original strap pins and screws.
I even have the original 'Wonder Wipes', sticker, and 'string card' (the thing that they usually have around one of the tuning pegs when its hanging on a store wall. Its also got the warranty registration card in there too).
Super sized: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jackans...7623956230781/ $900 buyer pays actual shipping. EB hard-shell case included too. You won't find a like-new EBMM at this price anywhere.
I prefer a deposit of $200 via paypal, the rest via US postal money order, but I'm open to just paypal.

Sucks, but have to sell it to get the SR5 quicker.. If it takes more than month though, I'll have enough for the SR5 anyway so I'll keep this one probably

If the flats were recorded with the 3-band EQ flat, you could get close with rounds by taking the treble down 2/3's, boost the mids a smidge, and bring the bass up 1/4.

I think the HH is a great combination and allows for the classic StingRay sound as well as other very useful and new sounds. If you really like this bass, I'd rather try to keep it. |

The SR5 I want is HH too, there are just too many tonal options with the HH to pass up and you still can get that 'Ray sound. Whats not to love?
I'm pretty sure I can pick that up in a month or maybe two depending without selling this, so it will only be on the market for a limited time.
