I bought this a couple months ago because I tried one in Sam Ash and thought it was amazing! Much better than the Fender CS Relic basses which I compared back to back in the store...
The only wear is the "relic" treatment from the factory. I was missing the sound of a J pickup when I play my real '62 P, but just can't stop playing the real '62 so I've decided to sell it.
Plastic is still on the pickguard and it's still set-up perfectly from the factory.
Very clear and even sound, very light weight (I think about 8.5 pounds..comparing to my sadowsky and fodera's where I know the exact weight) Well balanced.
Sells for 1399 at Musicians Friend, one on eSlut now for 1150.
I'm asking $950 shipped.
