FS: Essex / SX SJB-57 Fretless LPB (Old Headstock)

Greetings!

I am selling my SX fretless Jazz bass. I don't play it much at all and it's just taking up space.

I bought this about a year ago and have probably only played it for about three hours. It still has the stock strings on it but I have some used D'Addario Chromes that I can throw in. I'll have to check on the gauges. I am pretty sure that the packaged had a pink ring on it.

Anyway, the bass is in good condition. It does have a scratch on the body; it was there when I got the bass. I'll take some pictures showing the scratch. That's the only flaw that I can think of but I'll look at the bass again when I go to take pictures and examine it for blemishes.

I haven't had this set up but it does sound and feel great. I really like it but I struggle with fretless basses.

This bass features the lined maple fingerboard and a Lake Placid Blue finish. The bass is completely stock but I'll include a set of Chromes because the stock strings leave something to be desired.

I would like to get $110 shipped anywhere in the continental US. You will get the SX SJB-57 Fretless LPB and a lightly used set of D'Addario Chromes. I do not have a gig bag for this but I'll wrap it up in plenty of bubble wrap and pack it well. PayPal is preferred and I am not looking for trades. I'm saving up some money to buy my mom a new TV for her birthday so I need the money.

The first three pictures are my best attempts at photographing the scratch (pictures one and two are of the same scratch but it was really hard to capture it). The third picture is of a small ding i found on the bottom of the bass. These blemishes were really hard to photograph because of the lighting. The battery in my good camera died and the charger is at my sister's house in Des Moines.



I'm going to adjust the price because I didn't know about the small ding. I will also try to get better pictures of the scratch and of the ding. This camera really bites, though.
