Up for sale is my F bass BN5. You can see George F's great craftsmanship here. The bass sounds and plays excellent. It has a fat "old-school" low with a sweet high. It has the sounds of the traditional J.. on steroid. It also cuts through the mix really well. I'm selling it because I have too many basses right now.
Bass is in a good used condition. There's a small chip at the back at the bottom of the bass, near the battery compartment (shown in last pic below). The back of the neck, 3rd fret near the B string side, has a mark (see pic #6). There used to be a small ding there (~0.5inch line scratch) that got filled in and smoothened out by the great guys at 12th Fret, a reputable guitar shop here in Portland. Neck feels smooth now. Headstock has a few small nicks, which you can't really see in the pic anyway because they're so small. I think those are the only blemishes I can see in the bass.
The bass is very pretty. Body is ash with a very nice grain. Neck is a 3-piece maple, with maple fingerboard. Color is Amber Burst.
Price is $2200 shipped to CON US. F bass gig bag included.
Thanks for looking! |

I am now contacting next potential buyers in line (in the order of PM received). So, yes, bass is still available. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
