Hello TB! This pains me but I need to do this now. Up for sale is my 6 month old FBass BN5 Natural - Ash body/Maple neck. I am the original owner. Bass is in immaculate condition and would rate it 9.5 outta 10. The .5 deduction would be due to a minor very small chip on the bridge pickup (replaceable), right underneath the G string. To be honest, I have no clue how it happened. Changed the strings last Thursday and came across it! Too small to capture on a dig cam but If it we're me purchasing this bass, I would appreciate the disclosure... Classic FBass tone...versatile & articulate. Playability is well...if you ever played an FBass, you know exactly what i'm talking about!
I am selling it because i'm 5'8 (maybe

) and weigh 158 lbs. (accurate) and this bass is a lil bit too heavy for me...10 lbs even on Bathroom Scale. Played a gig this past Friday for over an hour with no breaks and whew, glad that was over! Playing one tomorrow for 1 1/2 hrs (no break) and I can only imagine how the back and shoulder is gonna feel. I know, man up but man, i'm gettin old

and will continue to get these types of gigs so something's gotta give! I'm offering it for $2,500 FIRM which includes shipping to the Cont US. I need to move fast on this so please PM for additional questions. No gigs for a couple of weeks after tomorrow so i'll have some time to find a replacement but not a whole lot. Bass comes with original FBass gig bag & strung with brand new D'Addario EXL Nickels. Will consider Roscoe LG3005 (light weight please), MTD 535 (most of these are light) & Zon Custom Sonus 5er....Thanks for looking!
