======================

Now FS. Regrettably, I am selling my 1978 White, Vintage Fender Music Master Bass Guitar (MADE IN USA). I have babied this bass since I got it. Recently professionaly set up with pots and input jack cleaned. It is in excellent working condition, esp for a 32 year old instrument. It has some minor body wear adding to the beauty and authenticity of this bass (but much less than you'd expect from an instrument that's over 3-decades old) and has really nice color-fade.

I posted photos which accurately illustrate the condition and value of this vintage bass.

It's "all" original and plays as smooth as silk and as warm as butter. Just as you would expect from a vintage Fender bass.

I simply don't play it very much given my newer Fender Mustang (both are 30" short scale Fenders). So, like a rare museum piece, it spends a lot of time in an aged, yet reliable & well padded, hard case. I practice on it about twice a month just to keep it warm. Never toured or gigged.

Durable padded Hard Case included and Fender strap included.

Contact me with any questions.

Awesome bass!

PM me with any interest and/or offers. I see beat up ones selling for $750+ on eBay and C-list, etc. Asking $800 $750 plus shipping $725 $700 SHIPPED TO CONUS. $675 Shipped!!!Prefer local pick up cash/carry, but no problem to ship. Will consider a reasonable trade, but really prefer $$.

Pics below.

Thanks,
JM

Hyden, Looking for offers. I have seen these go for about $800 in reasonable condition at GC and a bit less for beat up MMs on ebay and Craigslist. Mine is in great condition.

Thanks.

I love these basses. No comment on the price as the last time I bought one was about 10 years ago, same year as this one. All I'll say is boy have times changed though I think these are worth every penny he's asking. Short scale will make your fingers fly and has that P-bass tone without the low mid mess, very focused.
