FS Feeler _ Rob Allen Fretted MB2

Great bass, no issues or dings, but I think I would prefer the shorter scale of a Mouse. Hard shell RA gator skin case, too. No interest in trades, with the possible exception of a fretted Mouse or some configuration of a Sadowsky JJ4. $1750 shipped, Paypal accepted.

Just a tip - you might want to add the specs of the bass (woods, weight, maybe history). That's a lovely instrument (love the walnut neck). Good luck with the sale.

Thanks, the description was brief - alder body with walnut top, mahogany neck and cocobolo fingerboard. About 6.5 pounds, serial # high 300's, I believe I might be the 3rd owner.

Mahogany neck? I knew Rob offered walnut necks but wasn't aware that he also had mahogany as an option.

Neck looks like mahog to me. Argh, and argh. Not sure why I'm even bothering to bump this thread....this thing is magnificent, and is priced to sell. If you're even remotely considering this....do it.

Thanks, Vroom Vroom. The mahogany neck was how it was described when I got the bass, it may well be walnut. I don't think mahogany is an option now, don't know if it might have been in the past.

Yes, still here - I've really been on the fence about lettting this go, so haven't put a lot of effort into selling. I have no idea what would be involved in shipping to Korea - not sure I'm willing to take on a lot of footwork or hassle to do so. Anybody know how international shipping to Korea works?

Super nice. My MB-2 fretless is amazing - I can only imagine what adding frets would sound like, along with the slightly different woods. Tasty no doubt!

I DO understand there might be a hassle shipping overseas. I had stayed in States for 5 years and done some shippings. Either being too risky or expensive.

I will think about this. I am not 100% positive buying this yet since I have been looking for a fretted 5. But the bass looks so nice...

If I really want this I will contact you again in a couple of days. There are friends who are willing to help me out; you can ship it to my friend's US address and he or she will take care of the rest. I hope this does not sound suspicious to my fellow TBers.

Thanks.
