I might regret this but I need a computer. I have a korean made lakland skyline Darryl Jones 5string, lake placid blue, maple neck, rosewood fretboard with lovely blockinlays and white binding. Electronics are all passive. two aero single coil pick's. controls are standard jazz bass vol/vol/tone. Body is ash (not swamp ash). bridge is dual-access thru-brige or thru-body. Pearloid pickguard. Bass is in fantastic shape.
I bought this from TripleLutz I think in 2009 and I believe he bought it new from Bass Central. It's a fantastic bass. I am also throwing in a set of Nordstrand nj5fs split coil 5 string jazz-type bass pickups that are a split coil hum cancelling design. The DJ5 sounds so good with the aeros, I never have tried the Nords. They are still in the plastic! The set alone costs $239. I'm asking $1099 shipped USA only.
