I kind of don't really want to sell it, but I need cash and I don't really need 2 Sledgehammers. I'm going to feel this one out. If there is interest, then I'll let it go.
This is my 2nd Sledgehammer, I had the Jazz pickup installed my my local shop, Main Drag Music, and Mark Dobbyn did an awesome job (he once worked for Sadowsky).

I installed the mini-toggle switch to split the humbucker. I installed a .1uF capacitor for that G&L "OMG" split coil tone. The toggle allows you to split the north and south coils, and gives you Series hum-bucking as well (no parallel). The neck pickup has that quintessential Jazz neck pickup tone.
The Bridge pickup is stock Dean, the neck pickup is from a Squier Affinity Jazz V, both have Ceramic magnets. The Squier pickup sounds awesome, and some say rival the tone of Fender Noiseless pickups. Very clear and bright pickups. Stock 2-band preamp and 250K blend pot for pickups.
Has a very comfortable
18mm string spacing at the bridge.
This is a 35" scale bass, weighs about 8 lbs on my bathroom scale. There is a slight amount of belt-buckle rash on the back of the body, otherwise it is mint, mint, mint. Neck is straight as an arrow and silky smooth. Thin and fast profile, very comfortable to play. These have been discontinued for about 2 years now and are becoming increasingly rare.
2-piece Swamp Ash body (perfectly matched), maple neck & fingerboard
I'm looking to get
$500 shipped conus, price is firm.
I also have the original guitar box I got it in (it is a Dean box, but I think it used to have a different bass in it at one time at the store...)
Also has a brand new set of D'Addario Nickels on it.
