FS feeler-Fender Custom Shop 40th Ann P-Bass-yowza!

I won't drill the hole required for my bass belt in this puppy! I'll sell it now if I can get what it's worth. 40th Ann Custom Shop P-Bass has been in it's case and never left original owner's house until I bought it- near mint except for a swirl or 2, and a bit of hardware discoloration mandatory for its' age. Big, fat bottom via Kubicki active/passive setup. Vol/pan, bass/treble (outer ring works as passive tone when pre is off), and rotary selector for active/passive or mute. Original cert. from the CS. Original case has a few small blemishes. Quilt maple over ash/transparent caramel (not sure what they called it), EBONY board. Nut looks like bone. Elbow and tummy contours, outstanding birdseye on headstock and back of neck, around 8 lbs.

1400 shipped CONUS or CAN or partial trade for near mint Mesa 400+, Orange AD200 (man, I miss mine) +/ $ as needed.

Apologies-there was a typo in my original post. The price has been corrected to "book" value.

This is #189 of only 400 ever made. The 3rd pot has 4 positions: standby/mute, active, active with mid boost and passive.
