I'll start by saying that my only reason for considering the sale of this instrument is that I am expecting delivery of my custom early next week which is the same bass with different woods so there is redundancy. I've become quite attached to this bass since last year and anyone who knows Fodera's work knows exactly what I mean when I say they are special..yes even the standards.
Here's the specs:

If this review doesn't sell you on the bass, nothing will:

So all that said, whether this goes from a feeler to a sale in the next couple weeks depends on my comparison between the new bass and this one. If there isn't a lot of tonal redundancy I'm keeping both, the bass is really that good. I only have room for two basses on my studio wall, this is one of them.
The bass condition is excellent, there are three barely noticeable dings that I can't even show on the pictures. One is at the top of the headstock, one is on the back of the neck and one is by the control plate. That said, it would come with the original hard shell case and although I played it a lot, it's pretty close to new.
I'll be asking $6950 if this is goes to sale.
The purpose of this feeler is to assess interest level in the bass to help me make a decision.
Thanks for looking!
