I am thinking about selling my favorite bass.

• Warmoth birdseye maple Jazz neck with Pau Ferro fretboard - satin finish on the back, gloss vintage tint on the front of the headstock (some checking in the finish)

• New All Parts vintage bridge - chrome (not as shown in pics)
• Dimarzio Ultra-Jazz dual coil pickups

I have some real mixed feelings about this because I love this bass. Reason for selling? Makin' room for my new favorite bass!

I am working on making some recordings of it right now...I hope I can do it justice with my very modest production capabilities.

Here is my very first crack at recording my bass digitally. Up until now I have only used my gear for transferring cassete audio from an old Tascam 4-track with the output tied into the line in of my sound card. Recorded on a mediocre setup for sure. bass sample.mp3

First section is both pickups and treble rolled back a bit. Second section is bridge pickup only with mid-boost. Third section is both pickups again with mid cut and bass boosted slightly. The last is the neck pickup only with the treble rolled back alot and bass boosted a bit.

This gives you an idea I suppose but does no justice to the amplified sounds this thing kicks out.
