FS Feeler: SX Essex 5 String Bass Lake Placid Blue Old Headstock

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, I have an older SX 5 string in Lake Placid Blue color. The bass has a Rosewood fretboard with added abalone inlay decals And it comes with a set of DR Blue strings. The pickguard and control plate are custom cut from the person I bought it from.
Don't have pictures just yet, but I have video that showcases the bass:

YouTube - the GazettE - Silly God Disco Bass Cover w/ TABS!!!

I am looking for $200 shipped only because of all the extra on the bass itself. Willing to listen to offers

Love the color; I'd be all over this if I didn't have a Douglas coming in from Rondo next week..

Do you happen to have a full pic of it? I'm curious to see what the headstock looks like.

Am very interested. How is the action? Does it hold tuning well? I'd like to see close up of the Pickguard and control plate...

Thanks!

Not to be a jerk, but I'm curious why you're selling this for $200 when in your own thread, NBD: SX Lake Placid Blue 5 String you stated you paid $140 and it came with the "custom" pickguard and control plate. So you would you state false info if nothing has changed?? And why would you try to decieve your fellow Talkbasser's??

Why $200?For several reasons:1.Because of the custom parts installed(past or present)2.According to site rules,he has the right to ask whatever he wants to ask.Any questions?(Please read the rules,so you aren't in VIOLATION of 'em!)

I would think he could charge anything he wants. Doesn't mean he's gonna get it. It's up to potential buyers to determine if it's worth what he's asking. Do I think it's worth $200? I'm not gonna say. All I will say is if I didn't like the price, I don't have to buy it.

Thank you. I put the price because I added inlay decals and strap locks, not to mention new strings.
