I'm actually really fond of this bass, so much so that if it does not sell, it's probably a good thing. Ideally I can find an interested party that is local.
I tricked this pony out! Read on.
The deets:
The neck is super nice and reminds me of a Nordstrand VJ-5 I once had. The grain is insane. Check out the pics. Body is alder with a little player wear, nothing serious. Fairly heavy though the tone is very solid.

With upgrades $550*

*Also available with a brass Hipshot A style (.708) bridge or the stock bridge (in the full pic).
Freebies: I converted this bass to a string-through on the B string, which is only realized with the Hipshot bridge option. And......I also installed a 4 string Hipshot open slot string retainer, which makes replacing strings MUCH easier vs. the original closed style stock 3 string retainer.
