I have major Gas for another item for a great deal. That's the only reason I'm selling my favorate bass of all time. My beloved Fender 60th cherryburst MIA DLX P-bass 5 string. I'm sure you know how rare these are now and this only is in great condition. The only non original piece is the bad ass bridge V but I also have the original bridge. The only mark I can even find is on the back like a small smuge that won't even show up in pictures that you can only see if the light is shinning on it just right. The electronics are perfect. And it comes with your choose of cases. Eather the OHSC in black. Or the 60th anniversary in pics down below.
The price is $1,250 shipped.
Thanks, Wes
Sorry some of these pic had to be taken on my Iphone.

BUMP for a killer bass.....I am sure in the near future if Lakland doesn't come out with their BG5, I will be hunting another one of these down.

But fortunately i'm blessed with many great instruments and sold my 60th ADPV to a friend who deserves it. Great bass, solid Low B, great overall fingerstyle tone!
Bump for a bass with all stock parts, a beauty! |

After playing it this past weekend and talking to someone who is in the know about it's "rare" factor, I've decided to keep it. I don't think you'll be seeing it up here again!
Good luck with tha sale!

| | On the TB leaderboard for low talent/gear ratios! | | Join Date: Jun 2000 Location: NJ | | | Two quick questions...
1) Are the controls similar to those on a Jazz Deluxe - volume, blend, stacked bass and treble, and mid?
2) Weight?

I am willing to entertain trade offers but I am very picky about what I would want but it can't hurt to try. Who knows, you might have what I'm looking for.
Weight is around 9.0Ibs on my bathroom scales. (but they can't be trusted!)
yes the controls are just like the deluxe Jazz in that way.
I also just had a pro setup for lower action. I could do it but didn't want to take a chance on breaking a truss rod or something. (she is very babied!)
The truss rod tool and many other case candy will be included. I might not have it all.
Just to clarify also, the electronics are active 18V. The year is 2006. 7/8ths at the nut I'm pretty sure. Strung with roto sound string that are just broke in.
Also thanks TBers for posting great thing about these bass. I know I will miss her deeply.
God Bless, Wes
