This just got here. What a great bass and I love the color. It is Fender's American Special Precision Bass. Candy Apple Red with Maple board, Dunlap Strap Locks and Fender Gigbag.
I listed Fender's spec's below.
So, other than color, what makes this special? The neck is a shallow C so width is p bass, but thickness is shallow. The other difference is the Master Greasebucket™ Tone Circuit. It's ballsy and strong, see the info below about Fender's special tone circuit on these basses. Condition is excellent with some minor worming on the back near the bass side horn. This is superficial and not through the finish. In fact, I tried every camera angle I could think of and couldn't get it to show well at all. Pickguard has some minor typical cleaning swirls on it. The finish is bright, shiny and really looks good against the maple fretboard.
