FS: Fender American Std Jazz 4 - Rare Maple on Ash Body

For sale is my gorgeous 2001 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass. Very rare Maple neck/fretboard on a lightweight string through ash body. Excellent sounding stock Fender Jazz pickups. Also included is the standard white pickguard and the black pickguard. The pearl & tort pickguards are NOT INCLUDED, they are just shown for demo purposes. I will include a series/parallel switch that you can choose to install or not. Currently strung with fresh flatwounds and sounds great. Neck is straight the fretboard is beautiful with a sleek fast feel and very low action. I put knurled chrome knobs on, but I can install the original black knobs if you prefer (either or, but not both).
Comes with the original Fender case also in great condition. The bass has a tremendous figuring in the ash, way better in person. There are a few very minor impressions/ dings but nothing bad by any stretch. It's what happens when a bass gets played. Frets are in great shape with no issue and plenty of life. Bass weighs around 8.5 lbs.
