Price Drop - $999 shipped in the lower 48!!

Great bass, not getting the attention it deserves.

I've had it for about a year, best bass I ever had. I haven't gigged it so it's in great shape.

Only minor swirling here and there, no scratches or dings. Strung with new DR Highbeams. Comes with original case and bridge (note the badass mod). Sorry, I don't have the pickup covers. Weight is just under 8 lbs.

$1100 OBO shipped in the lower 48, no trades, Paypal is good.

Thanks!

Original bridge, pickups covers included? Weight? Looks like the truss rod bullet is sunk in a little, truss rod 100% functional?

I had one of these...great bass! I wish Fender made a 5'er like this (passive, '70's spacing, 70's look). They couldn't call it a re-issue, but who cares!

Under 8 pounds for a 1975 Jazz reissue? That's amazing. And great. So much for the "built to exacting vintage specifications" thing.

regarding the question about the truss rod, it is fully functional, with this proviso:

at normal string tension the neck can be made straight, but it cannot be back-bowed. adding relief is no problem.

still available.
