It looks like 8.75 lbs on the bathroom scale. BTW, forgot to mention that the plastic is still on the pick guard. It doesn't appear that way in the pictures.

I wish I had waited and bought this instead of my fretless lined ray (i'm a noob) because this looks way more in the line of what I need / want.. the neck looks J style, is that how these p basses are fitted? I'm looking for something thinner because I have tiny hands, and I already hurt my hands but trying to stretch too much..

The neck isn't as narrow as a J but it's really comfortable to play.

This is an awesome bass, and I have had mine for twelve years. I would never sell it, especially for this price. free bump, but I hope you come to your senses and keep it.
