It is with a very heavy heart that I put some items up for sale. Recent financial difficulties have forced me to sell some of my lesser used bass gear. So I have the following:
A beautiful Fender Custom Shop Classic IV Jazz Bass. Cherry burst finish, white pearl guard. This bass is a stunning example of the Custom Shop workmanship - incredible tone and playability, looks incredible (a real head-turner), just a great bass. I get comments on this bass all the time. Gets that classic J Bass vibe, but also can do modern as well. Some play marks, and it looks like at some point someone used it as a lefty for awhile, but overall in good condition. If you are looking for a high-end Jazz Bass at a great price, this is it!
Comes with original hardshell case and COA. More pics on request.
Asking $1600. Buyer pays shipping. Located in Seattle area and I am willing to drive to meet someone. No trades, other than I may be possibly interested in a Will Lee Metro (non-maple board) or a lightweight amp, suitable for carting around NYC. |

I can't get an accurate weight, bathroom scale is very accurate, but it is not heavy at all - I would estimate around 9 lbs, definitely lighter than my '72 Jazz ...
I can post a shot of the back of the headshot later. |
