I am selling my MIM 2002 Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass in perfect working condition. Black with tortoise shell pick-guard. Excellent cosmetic condition (9.5 out of 10).
All original with John Suhr Pick-ups and pre-amp (Fender discontinued these vintage toned p-ups for cheaper pickups/pre amp).

Comes with white DiMarzo strap & strap locks and form fitting polyfoam molded/padded case (case is a hard polyfoam case with shoulder straps and pockets - not a gig bag). Currently strung with new D'Addario round wounds.

A bargain sale at $485 for all! Need $$ for new project. (shipping extra)

-Sorry, no trades. Want to sell this one for other needs (Regrettably)
-Nut is 1.5" width
-The Strap is solid white with strap locks
-Case is ultra light yet very durable with pockets, handles and shoulder straps
(hard polyfoam - form fitted for the bass)
-Body/paint/pick-gaurd are in excellent condition and neck is straight
-Yes, this is the ACTIVE DELUXE bass, not the MIM standard . This one currently has an MSRP of about $170 more than the standard - see link in original post
-John Suhr pups / pre amp were standard in 2002. Not a modification
-OK, I will accept PayPal (and will absorb the 2.9% PayPal charge)

also, to confirm - the controls are the same as listed on the Fender site...volume, pan/mix, treble/bass/mid cut and boost. Only the p-ups and pre-amp are different (John Suhrs... stock in 2002)
