SOLDFor sale Fender Performer Candy Apple Red. There are lots of small dings in the body but that's what Basswood is all about. There are about 1/2 dozen through to the wood all smaller than a grain of rice except the one pictured it's about the size of a pen tip. Headstock has some cymbal rash back of the neck has lots of very tiny nicks. Frets are in excellent shape neck is thin and fast trussrod turns smoothly. This bass has the action set low and plays like budda. The electronics work great but the cap with the flying F is missing from the tone knob. The bass is 100% original except the graphite nut and is in pretty good shape for being 25+ years old. It's a great player Comes with the Original Hardshell Case. $699 + shipping Con US only. Here are the pics, Thanks for looking

SOLDNext up is an early 90s BBE G&L LB100. This Bass is in excellent shape, the thing is like new. It has 2 small nicks in the black on the edge of the upper waist cut and on the lower bout smaller than a grain of rice. 1 3/4 in. neck at the nut it like a late 50s P bass. Bass weighs 8 lbs on my shipping scale. Trussrod turns smooth action is low neck is straight this thing kicked my SB1 to the curb but with 6 old Fender P basses this one just seems redundant. Comes with the Original Hardshell Case. $599.00 shipped Con US Here are the pics thanks for looking.

Bump for the LB-100. I had a chance to borrow one years ago, and was very disappointed when I was unable to talk the owner into trading it to me. It was very light, and sounded excellent. I have never liked a bass that wide at the nut, except for this one.

What is the weight on the SB-1.
Are the pickups a lot hotter than a stock fender?

Not an SB1 it an LB 100. Pickups i wouldn't call hotter but very open sounding but I would say this is more a product of its weight. The bass weighs in at 8 lbs 2 oz.

Although you mentioned the neck width (I like 1-3/4), what's the radius of the fretboard and the neck contour? Precision-like or different?

I don't have any radius gauges but it looks and feels very much like my USAV 62 P bass. I would guess 7.25 with a C shape. Very P like, and the pictures don't do it justice this thing is beautiful.
