FS Fender Highway One Precision With TI jazz flats ***Price Drop***

Sign in to disble this ad
Sold!!!

$500 shipped Today Only!!!!!

Add $25 if you want a set of TI jazz flats

This is a great example of a well made Highway One P Bass...Made in USA...Posiflex graphite reinforced neck...synthetic bone nut....thin Nitro finish...light weight, (low 8s) perfectly dressed frets, excellent playing and sounding bass! Everything on this bass works perfectly. I changed the bridge to a smaller high mass bridge that will fit under a bridge cover. This is the same bridge used on the blacktop P basses. Never got around to installing a bridge cover so there are no extra holes don't worry. I swapped the white 3 ply pickguard for a BWB & I think it looks killer with this color. I will include the original as well. Comes with all of the case candy plus a Levy's strap and a really nice hard sided gig bag (paid $80 for it). It's a great bass but I think I'm sticking with Jazz basses at the moment.
This is a lot more bass than a MIM P bass for about the same dough.
***let's get this sold***
If this sells today I will include a set of TI jazz flats for $25!!!

$500 shipped lower 48 US
International sales welcome if you want to pay shipping

So did it not come with the BadAssII like the other highway1's or did you decide to keep the part?

It came with one but I don't care for them so I passed it on to someone who could appreciate it.

What is the color (hard to tell from pics -- some discoloration from lighting?)?

Also, what type of bridge is currently installed?

it's honey blonde.
The bridge is the same as the one used on Fender blacktop P basses as stated in the OP
It's a really nice bridge! High mass but not bulky like the Badass II. The bottom plate is grooved to keep the saddles from moving. It's alot like a Gotoh 201 but has a lip on the sides to hold the saddles more.

Up at this price until midnight.....
After that I'll assume nobody needs a great P Bass and will put it in the closet for the next time I think I need a P bass and I won't have to go buy one again to find out I'm not a P Bass guy :-)
