Just purchased a Fullerton '57 P from a fellow TB'er so I have a couple of nice basses that are up for sale.
This one is a 2000 Fender Hot Rod Precision (USA) that I purchased new. It has never left my home and has had only very light studio use. I bought a Tony Franklin fretted P/J awhile back which more or less took the HRP's place.
The HRP's have a medium (1.625") nut width and slightly hotter bridge and middle pickups. Aside from the signature models and the California/Mexican AMX series, I believe the HRP was the only factory-built, 100% U.S. manufactured "P/J" configuration Precision.
It is in pristine, 9.95 out of 10 condition. No dings or scratches that I can find. It is totally factory stock except I replaced the headstock logo with a 1961-62 waterslide decal. It comes with a premium Fender/G&G tweed case with dark red "poodle" lining along with all the original unopened case candy. It is strung with a nearly new set of TI Jazz flatwounds. I can swap them out for DR Hi-Beams if you prefer.
I doubt that you'll find a nicer one. Priced to sell at $1000 firm plus shipping in the CONUS. PayPal is fine. PM me for additional pics or additional info.
No trades please, as I have too many basses already!
