ok, so I've been going back on forth on this bass way too much. I either want to sell it or keep it. And now, I am 100% not looking to keep this extra Jag in my lineup.
The pickups were replaced with a pair of Barts, that I then took out because I thought I had them sold locally. Turns out that buyer didn't end up buying them, but talked me into having them put back into the Jag. After that, he changed his mind about buying the bass as well.
So after the pickup flip/flopping we've ended up with a grounding issue while this bass is on active mode. It has a quiet hum unless you are touching something metal on the bass. this is only the case while being played in Active mode.
