FS: Fender Marcus Miller w/ upgraded preamp and pups

SOLD

This is one of the best Japanese Marcus Miller 4 strings you'll find. It has Nordstrand NJ4s and an Audere Classic preamp that really open up the sound. Ships with a fender hard case instead of the standard gig bag. In total about $450 in upgrades. I'm only selling because I picked up a 5 string at a great price.

The bass is not new so there are a few flaws in the finish that I can see --

A nick about 2mm across below the bridge
A finish crack near the neck pocket.
A mark near the strap lock that won't show up in a photo
A few pick scuffs on the pickguard

Frets are about 95%

Overall this is a great playing bass with excellent Japanese workmanship and upgrades that cure the weaknesses of the stock electronics

I'm a new seller on talkbass, but check out my ebay 100% feedback, username archtopopotamus.

Price is $895 shipped in CONUS. Contact me for other locations. No trades please. Payment by Paypal.

Cool! I play in bad Haggis which uses both uillean and scottish pipes. Tuning nightmares! As the temp changes the pipes go sharp while strings go flat and vice versa. Jig on!

It's also tough to tune the pipes which are just intonation (when they're in tune) with fretted instruments.

Not really interested in trades unless you've got a Sadowsky NYC PJ 5 (plus cash obviously).
