The only reason I'm selling this bass is, right after I bought it, I got in on the Rickenbacker deal from MF. I just don't need 5 basses right now, and this one is expendable.
Up for sale is a MIJ Fender Power Jazz Special in Olympic White. This thing is in GREAT condition considering it's age. There are a few nicks and dings, and one of the knobs is missing it's top, but otherwise it's great. The previous owners have taken great care of it, but I made it even better. I cleaned all of the gunk off the bass, polished the body and oiled the fretboard (multiple times.) I even cleaned the gunk from under the knobs!!! v It's wearing a virtually new set of D'Addario strings. The electronics work perfectly.

does this have an active pre? what is the control layout? I assume everything is still stock, bridge, pickups etc, correct?

I believe everything else is stock, but I am not 100% sure since I'm not the original owner. It looks stock based on every picture I've ever seen of these basses.
