I bought this just a few weeks ago from a fellow TB'er. No issues with the bass at all, it turns out I'm not a fan of maple necks or the precision neck profile. Curiosity solved :-)

This is the MIM '50's Fender Precision. It's a surprisingly easy playing bass. It's currently strung with roundwounds which sound great on this bass, but it sounds equally amazing with flats. The neck is very true with a minimum of relief.
