You guys know the bass! I just got it this week but I bought more basses on the whim on ebay and waiting for my warwick to come in so this has to go!
It is by far the best fender I played to date. Not including Jazz basses but this is the best P bass Ive played. The neck is just glorious and the sound is HUGE.

Comes with everything youll get when you buy new! Everything is still neatly packaged and unopened.

I weighed it couple times this morning on my bathroom digital scale. There is room for flaw since subtracting my weight with me holding the bass.
First attempt bass came in at 7.9lbs
Second attempt 8.0lbs
Third 7.9lbs
Forth 8.1 lbs
Fifth 8.0 lbs

So let's put this at average of 8lbs! Very light
