FS - Fodera NYC jazz 5

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for grabs is my Fodera NYC jazz 5.

This bass has deep lows and aggressive highs that really cut through a mix the more you dig in. Very responsive and dynamic sounding. The 2 band Pope preamp allows you play in active or passive mode, and it also has a passive tone rolloff (ie "VTC"). Comes with a very nice lockable Fodera teardrop HSC w/ all case candy (papers, wrenches, etc).

$2500 shipped.

WOW! Tell me about the bridge. I've never seen one like that on any other Fodera Empire.

The bridge is very solid, and is closer to a BadAss bridge than a standard Fender bridge. Also, the height and intonation of each bridge saddle can be separately locked with the included allen wrench.

It is ash. I will get you the exact weight this evening, but I consider it lightweight. (I think somewhere around 8 or 9 lbs, if I remember correctly).

any interest in an old Roland G88 w/ the GR33B synth. Also the 24 pin cable and original hardshell case and most of the original manual. I am its second owner.

No thanks. I'm more of an analog guy.

Not to nit pick, but look it up. That's as analog as bass synths come.

Good luck with the bass.

I'm assuming he meant that he preferred something with strings...

Edit: I should have written that better. Just meant to say that maybe he wasn't interested in a bass synth, whether analog or digital. No disrespect intended to either posts. Both basses are cool.

Smdh. I'm only continuing to post so as to bump this beautiful bass for him. Climb, look up a G88 bass before you make those comments. It's a 4 string bass that controls an analog synth. I apologize for this waste of a post.

It looks like we were all wrong! lol.

That actually is pretty neat now that I look at it. But it is still a string short for me.

Thanks,
Jordan
