you evil bass-tard. there are bass starved people in the southern US that cannot seem to get their guitar centers to get a stock of blocktops and you knock off the frets to one whilst we starve!

sweet work BTW. 400 is an absolute steal!

some more info?

This is a nice looking bass, but what brand is/are
the body
the neck
the bridge
the pickups
the tuners

knowing some of this would make the deliberation process a bit easier.
Thanks

Umm, he spells it out in the first post. It is a Fender Blacktop precision.

Taking a big hit but I'll do the bass shipped to the east cost for $350.00 and $375.00 shipped to the west as long as it's a paypal gift payment or you pay the extra fees

sorry

I stand corrected, wasn't even aware that there was such a thing as a blacktop, I figured this was a frankenbass.

I always wondered about a p/u config like this and how it would exude different tones.
How does the bass sound ???? know it's hard to describe a sound.

Solo the bridge it's very jaco like solo the neck it's a fat p bass sound. Turn up both and get a nice jazz sound! Actually the tone knob plays a big role in this bass. Never heard a fender respond so well to the tone knob
