Hey guys! I'm really looking to get an MTD Z5...so up for sale/trade is my beautiful Warwick. I've had this bass for a year, and bought it brand new at GC last summer. I installed Bartolini 59J1 L1-LN1 Pickups and the 3.3AP Preamp in it, and it sounds fantastic. (actually, everyone in my bands in keep telling me not to get rid of it) I installed Dunlop recessed straplocks on it, mainly cause they look amazing and I just like them. I also made a wenge ramp for it that is attached with 3m tape that can be removed if you wish.
I've taken care of this bass, but it has been gigged pretty consistently since I bought it, so it has some minor dings/wear. The pics I have posted show all that the camera could capture.
The bass is signed by Victor Wooten and Edgar Meyer, but if for some reason or another you'd want either removed, that can be done. The signatures are on the back of the headstock.
I'm looking at letting this bass go for $850 shipped. I'm really interested in the Z5, but if you have any bolt-on 24 fret 5'ers with a 35" scale and 19mm string spacing, send me an offer...
Comes with Rockbag padded gig bag and warwick care kit.
