FS/FT - '09 Ibanez Jet King

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry... Not FT anymore. Just FS.

'09 Ibanez Jet King... Got it last year & really haven't played it much. It's set up with fairly high action but is playing like buttah after the pro setup & has .110-.050 EB Slinkys on it. Sounds great, looks great, and has tons of mojo... It's just too different from my P to be a backup.

$250 shipped or $225 local pickup.

I would love to have one of these! Don't have the money or a T40.

It came with fairly low action but I got quite a bit of fret buzz playing with a pick so I upped it. I'd guess 1/4" or so at the 12th fret, maybe?

Got it set up on Tuesday and now it plays ridiculously awesome. I think maybe I'll keep up but will leave it up for another week or so to see if there's any interest.

This is still for sale or I'd trade for an Epiphone T-Bird or Epiphone Les Paul.

Here's a direct recording comparing a few basses:
http://www.zachhegwood.com/music/funwithtone.mp3

First is a 91 Squier P/J, second is a Reverend Rumblefish XL, third is a MIJ Fender P, fourth is the Ibanez...
