Repost - no longer a feeler.
Got this a little over 2 months ago brand new at the same time I got a P-bass. Never had Fenders before.
It took a little while to grow on me but once it did I was finding I wished I had the low B.
My plan had been to try it with a BEAD tuning, but I found it would need a nut file and it doesn't feel like the Chrome B string is going to come through the bridge or body all the way.
The bass had had a pro setup and a new black abalone pickguard (from WD Music) installed. This thing is in like new condition. No blemishes or marks that I can see at all. It's never even been worn on a strap so no chance for buckle rash.
It's basically seen about 10 hours of playing time and has sat in the OHSC the rest of the time since late September. As pictured the goody bag is complete and included, as are the original strings which were also barely played. I'll also include the original white pickguard in case you want to change it out.
I can still return this for store credit minus restock so I'm not inclined to take any cash offers under $1050 shipped - firm.
As far as trades go, the priority is an MIA Standard Jazz V - any color but tobacco sunburst. Prefer black. Might also consider the Deluxe but passive is the goal. No MIM's.
Will also consider a Lakland Skyline JO5 - again no sunburst.
Would also consider a Bongo 6 HS or a Spector Euro 6LX - can supplement cash based on the condition of the bass.
