For sale (or possible trade) is my lovely
1978 Gibson LS-9 Ripper. It's in fantastic condition (my tech says it's the nicest Ripper he has ever seen). One of only 466 Ebony Rippers made in 1978, this one comes with the Original Hardshell Case in Excellent condition, as well as the Original Chrome Bridge Cover.
Everything works as it should, electronics are perfect (which is pretty rare) and completely original. This bass sounds HUGE! Neck is straight as an arrow. This bass would fair well in any collection or as a true players bass. I'm selling only because I have too many basses and too little money... this one will surely be missed

You can see in the pictures the few worn areas on the bass:
-Swirling on the pickguard
-A few dings on the lower side of the body
-Belt wear on the back of body
