FS/FT 1983 USA Fender Precision bass Elite P/J, Aquilar preamp

here is 1983 P bass USA made. has P/J Bartolini with Aquilar preamp, the pickups are pretty new, so is the Aquilar preamp...
bass is in very good shape, with straight neck and low action and good setup...
there were couple small dings on neck that have been filled with epoxy and smooth out, you can still see them, but the neck is flawless...
body have very lite swirls on it...
its a good rock bass. waits @10 lb, its heavier bass.
this p bass dont get too much action, kept her for a while, but what i play i use my Spectors, that's the only reason i am selling...
knobs are blend, volume, pull/push mid, stack treble and bass
comes with what looks like original Fender hard case
i have more pictures if anyone interested....
i prefer selling this bass, but Spector is brand i like to trade, or active fretless
could even add cash to the right trade....
..sale price is now lowered to 999

I have a Spector NS4CRFM that I might be willing to trade. Are you interested in those? It is one of the transition basses but has the SS logo and not the SSD logo. Also, dot inlays, not the crown. I'm in Jersey, where are you located?

You have to state an asking price if you're selling, it's the forum rule.

I thought all Precision Elites were made with 2 P pickups. The 3 that I had were configured that way. Did you change out the bridge P pickup, or did this start out as a PJ from the factory?

When you added the jazz pickup did you fill the rout left by the p pickup footprint? I cant tell from the pic.

BTW, its great that you still have the micro tuners on the bridge. A lot of Elite owners lost them!

original bass had just a P pick up, and i did not like the original Elite preamp, so Aquilar was put in, then bass tech rout for jazz pick up...
