FS/FT 1988 Advanced Guild Pilot SB902

up for sale or trade is my 88 advanced pilot. serial number JE 000124. there were only 195 of these made. i tried picturing the two chips in the clear coat. the neck has some of the finish off of it, but it plays like a silky smooth dream. it also has some light buckle rash on the back, by light i mean that the rash is barely in the clear coat not in the wood. comes with the OHSC, the case is in ok shape, one of the latches is broken. ask any and all questions. i will answer to the best of my ability.

$700 shipped CONUS. i will not ship outside US. so please dont ask.

trades i am looking for would include a g&l asat bass, musicman sabre bass, MIA p bass, maybe other stuff just ask. not looking for any frankenbasses, or warmoth or things of that nature. i am also willing to add cash to my bass for yours, not really looking to trade down.

beautiful. I had one during the mid-late 80's. A very underappreciated bass.

Hey Nala ... so is this one Kate or Ashley?

These are superb basses! Not like any other Pilots. The neck alone is enough to drool over ... Fully Bound, Ebony Board, with real Abalone and Mother of Pearl Blocks ... com'mon! Also, they're a super versatile PJ with the help of an early Bartolini TC3. I really miss my old one (nala got it ), but I've moved on to 5'vers, at least for now.

Any PJ 4-banger fan should really look twice at this one!

BTW ... Nala is a great cat to deal with! A real top shelf guy!
