Top of the line, very rare (only 211 NS-5s were made during this era, and most of those didn't have the Piezo), 5 string neck through with 2 EMG-DCs and a Piezo bridge. 34" scale! I looked forever to find one of these. Controls have volume, EMG blend, EMG vs. Piezo blend, and separate 2 band EQ for the EMGs and Piezos. Super versatile!

Cash price is $2600 shipped to the lower 48. I'd love to trade down on this for something fun to play or easy to flip, to make it more affordable in terms of cash output for the buyer since I know not many people have two and a half kilobucks on hand right now.

Random non-exclusive thoughts on things I'd like to trade for:
  1. Czech NS-2
  2. Warwick Streamer Stage I 4 string
  3. Warwick Streamer Stage II 5 string (note, I value these at around $1600-1800 on the used market -- so I'd need cash)
  4. Ash/Maple Sadowsky Metro 5 string PJ
  5. A good C-neck P-bass
  6. Epifani UL310 to try out with my new markbass head
  7. Other fun higher end stuff is ok too ... I've never tried a neck through smith ...
  8. An ABG for my kid to chew on

Basically, I dig this vibe but I don't play this kind of bass enough to justify keeping this much money tied up in it, so I want to trade down or have fun trying something else. I almost always just play J-bass when I play with a band.
