FS/FT: 1995 Warwick NT 6, mint

I bought the bass in 1999. I've played it less than 2 hours since then. Too many other basses, and 6 strings are just too many for me. It is gorgeous.

Here are the build details from Warwick:

Bass: Thumb NT 6 string Bass
Year: 1995
Month: September
Neck Wood: 3 pcs. Wenge Wood with Bubinga Stripes
Fingerboard: Wenge Wood
Frets: Bronze Warwick Frets
Nut: Just a Nut I Brass Version
Neck construction: NeckThrough Construction
Body: Bubinga Solid wood
Surface: Oil Finish
Pickups: SD Basslines Soapbar
Electronic: MEC 3-Band electronics
Hardware: Warwick Black Hardware

$2,750 $2,500 $2,200 includes OHSC and shipping. GC is selling new ones for $4,800. You can't tell one this from new....

Trades: Comparable quality 5 string bass is the target. Warrior? Also, GASing for a Modulus 5 (but I'd need cash on your end).

how does that thumb sound with the basslines. Very tempted to give up my 5 string streamer stage II to try it out.
Is that a broad neck or normal string spacing?

standard string spacing on that one, same as your ssII...i had two nt thumb 6 strings, one with mec's, the other with basslines, both had wenge necks...i leaned a little mroe towards the with the sd pickups, but both sounded huge...great basses, and i would love to have another, though i hardly ever used the c string...i just loved the way they played, felt and sounded

TTT - Really want a Modulus 5 string, a Warwick Streamer Stage II, MTD, Zon? Must be a 5 string. Trade +/- cash depending upon the bass.

Just dropped the price. If this doesn't move it, I'll just keep it....

OK, dare I ask? How much does this monster (I mean that in a good way!) weigh.

I used to have this exact same model, made in 1993...these weigh more than you could imagine, but it was still one of my top three basses ive ever owned! oh what i would do for this beauty!
